DND Nutrition is the healthy meal package choice for weight gain, competition prep, weight loss for your convenience or purely for a healthy lifestyle. Let’s take the pain out of preparing your own meals.

We are passionate about our environment and although we don’t have an alternative to plastic, we do hold ourselves responsible for ensuring that we offer a recycling option whereby our clients are expected to return the tubs on a daily/weekly basis – we of course offer to collect these when we drop off your new delivery each day/week. For those clients that do not place a new order, post their current order, we recommend that the last set of tubs will be collected.

DND Nutrition is based on the East Rand, Somerset West, Cape Town and Centurion areas. We are consistent, reliable, punctual, driven for Greatness and motivated to expand our business Nation Wide. We do not believe in freezing meals as it decreases the nutritional value. We offer exceptional service and Top Quality meals as we freshly prepare and deliver meals daily to you, Monday to Friday.

Why DND Nutrition?

We are a very specialized business… we personally deal with each client individually. We do not give out fad diets, nor do we prepare the same meals for everyone we cater for. We work strictly according to each individuals BLOOD GROUP and their PERSONAL GOAL. Each client gets a personalized meal plan customized to suit their DNA, body specific and goal. Should an individual already have a diet plan in place, we will accommodate by making the meals for them, whether it be Weight loss, Muscle mass, Weight gain, Diabetic or just Healthy living.

Corporate Meals

We offer a range of Fresh, Healthy lunches for staff consisting of a Protein, Carb and Veg or Salad. CORPORATE LUNCHES- AVAILABLE FOR A MINIMUM OF 10 PEOPLE ON A MONTHLY BASIS (20 DAYS) R50 PER PERSON/PER MEAL. We also do corporate platters for boardroom meetings. Please email us for pricing. To place your order, please email enquiries@dndnutrition.co.za Please note that a 24 hour notice period is required platters as well as a 50% deposit.

Recycling

We are passionate about our environment and although we don’t have an alternative to plastic, we do hold ourselves responsible for ensuring that we offer a recycling option whereby our clients are recommended to supply their own sealed containers to be rotated on each new collection or delivery. Rotation of container on a daily/weekly basis – we of course offer to collect these when we drop off with your new delivery each day/week. For those clients that do not place a new order, post their current order, we recommend that the last set of containers be collected. Alternatively polystyrene containers will be used.
